What are the different types of stakes?

Fanstake supports two different types of stakes: athlete stakes and team stakes.

Athletes stakes allow a fan to make a contingent payment to Fanstake to pursue an NIL deal with a target athlete on a target team for the next season of eligibility of that athlete. In summary, if that athlete is not on the target team's roster next season or does not sign an NIL deal with Fanstake, you get your payment returned.

Team stakes allow a fan to make a contingent payment to Fanstake to pursue NIL deals with all rostered players on the target team for the next season. Fanstake will attempt to sign NIL deals with all the rostered players on that team using the payment, sharing the amount evenly across players that sign with Fanstake.
